Mr Carl was awesome. Very respectful and very patient. However, it did take 5 hours to complete the transaction. I did not appreciate this.

Another amazing experience with Lake Charles Toyota! I’ve bought several vehicles from Lake Charles Toyota in the past, so when it was time to trade in my 10-year-old Sienna van, I knew where we would be shopping.Before we even walked in the door, we were greeted warmly and made to feel welcome. Taylor Tucker was our salesperson, and within a few minutes we felt like we had known her forever. AW Broussard was very efficient in getting n our paperwork together. Everyone we saw was welcoming and friendly. I cannot think of a better place to purchase a vehicle than Lake Charles Toyota. A lot of other dealerships in town don’t care about their customers or potential customers but not here. This dealership has earned my business for life. Even before it was a for sure thing I was even buying anything I was offered drinks and hot dogs AT NO COST TO ME OR MY DAD. I left my 3 year old at home so she wouldn’t run around like crazy one upset she had to sit still for hours. But on the way to their food area I noticed they have a playroom just for little kids with foam play things they can crawl all over. I could’ve brought her and she would’ve had an amazing time there. I’ve never bought a vehicle from any dealership ever before in my life and I’m 35. They made the process so smooth and easy and gave me an amazing deal on my new car. I got a certified gold Toyota and it came with FREE LIFETIME oil changes and inspection stickers which I’ve never heard of before at any dealership with it being for the lifetime of the car or until I no longer own it. I can and love changing my own oil and working on my own vehicles but it’s going to be very nice not having to do it myself. I will forever be grateful for all their help and how caring everyone there is. Customer for life!
